Working group on EU technological OSINT solutions and projects - Brussels - 4 June 2010
The EUROSINT FORUM, the not-for-profit association dedicated to European cooperation in the field of Open Source Intelligence and the use thereof, is organizing a workshop in Brussels on 4th of June 2010, from 9.30 to 16.30.
The event will be hosted by the

During this workshop, technological EU projects in the field of OSINT will be presented.
- The project VIRTUOSO, a FP7 Security project, is designed to provide an integrated toolbox to the EU Intelligence community in order to allow users to identify danger signals and strategic threats as early as possible. This seamless OSINT platform will in real time aggregate contents from leading pay-per-view providers, specific Internet contents (blogs…) and TV & radio stations from all over the world. These contents will be filtered & structured by analysts using text mining tools & decision support technologies. All concerned authorities and agencies will be invited to participate in the project, which is about to begin soon.
- The teams of other projects conducted by EU Institutions have been invited to the workshop to give to the participants the most broad view on the European state-of-the-art.
