Annual General Meeting - 13 May 2009, Brussels
The Annual General Meeting of the EUROSINT Forum will take place, on 13 May, at Boulevard Charlemagne, 42 - B1000 Brussels, Belgium, from 9.30 to 12.30 am,
If you are not available on 13 May, please note that you can empower a representative (see at the end of the convocation attached).
I also remind you that Full Members have voting rights and Associated Members have a consultative voice but do not have the right to vote.
Several changes of the Statutes will be done and we will proceed to a renewal of the Board of Directors. Some Members expressed their desire to represent themselves and Members have already submitted their nominations for election to the Board of Directors (two-years term).
